WILL TICKETS SELL OUT?
Yes! Tickets are very limited (only 75 for our 2300+ person community). Our summit is a more intimate event for practitioners to connect and create lasting relationships with fellow practitioners, too.
WILL THERE BE A WAITLIST?
Yes, there will be a waitlist. If you are on the waitlist and a spot opens up, we will contact you. Once contacted, you will have 24 hours to purchase a ticket before the opportunity is shared with the next person on the waitlist!
REFUND POLICY:
- Tickets are refundable until 30 days before the event start date.
- After that date, tickets are non-refundable, except limited case-by-case exceptions approved by Siete.
- If the event is rescheduled, tickets automatically transfer to the new date. If you cannot attend, we will provide a refund request window.
- If the event is canceled and not rescheduled, ticket holders will receive a refund of the ticket purchase price.
- No refunds for no-shows or partial attendance.
WHO CAN ATTEND?
The summit is only open to current members of our Practitioner Familia.
WHERE WILL IT BE HELD?
Saturday and Sunday’s programming will be held at our Siete Headquarters (3708 Woodbury Drive, Austin TX, 78704).
CAN I GET CONTINUING EDUCATION UNITS?
We are pending approval for CEUs for Registered Dietitian Nutritionists. More info to come!
WHAT SHOULD I BRING?
Please bring a government-issued photo ID, business cards if desired, journals or tablets for note taking, refillable water bottles, comfortable shoes, and workout clothes if you'd like to participate in our movement sessions.
WILL THERE BE FOOD?
Oh yes! All meals and snacks at the summit will be covered by us. There will be nourishing food cooked by our talented culinary team, as well as food provided by some of our favorite local establishments in Austin.
WHEN SHOULD I GET TO AUSTIN?
If you are traveling by plane, we suggest you book for a Friday evening arrival and a Sunday evening departure. The summit will start at 12:30 PM CST on Saturday.
WHERE SHOULD I BOOK MY LODGING?
We suggest that you stay at a nearby hotel, as the entire summit will be at our HQ. Keep in mind that Austin traffic is often heavy, especially on the weekend, and we wouldn't want for you to miss any part of the event! Here are some nearby hotel suggestions:

Wellness Summit Ticket
Terms & Conditions
By purchasing a ticket to the Siete Wellness Summit (the “Event”), you agree to these Terms.
1. Refunds
Tickets are refundable until 30 days before the first day of the Event. After that date, tickets are non-refundable, except in limited circumstances approved by Siete in its discretion.
2. Rescheduling / Postponement / Cancellation
Siete may postpone, reschedule, or cancel the Event due to weather, safety concerns, venue issues, or other circumstances outside Siete’s reasonable control.
- If the Event is rescheduled, tickets automatically transfer to the new date. Siete will notify attendees and provide a refund request window for those unable to attend.
- If the Event is canceled and not rescheduled, Siete will refund the ticket purchase price.
Siete is not responsible for other attendee costs (e.g., travel, lodging, meals).
3. No-Shows / Partial Attendance
No refunds will be issued for no-shows, late arrivals, or partial attendance.
4. Event Changes
Event schedule, speakers, sessions, and activities are subject to change.
5. Waiver Requirement
Attendance and participation in Event activities shall require completion of Siete’s Wellness Summit Waiver of Liability and Release. Siete may deny participation in activities if a required waiver is not completed.
6. Conduct
Siete may remove any attendee without refund for unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate conduct.
7. Photography / Video
The Event may be photographed or recorded. By attending, you acknowledge that your image or likeness may appear in Event-related media.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Texas law.
